Before commerce opens

Before contract, Adiri must clearly explain price, payment, delivery, withdrawal, complaints and how to contact the seller. The Swedish Consumer Agency describes a 14-day withdrawal period as the general rule for distance contracts, with statutory exceptions that must be assessed for the actual delivery.

Digital software and activation

It must not be assumed in advance that a withdrawal exception applies. Checkout, consent, delivery timing and activation must be designed and legally reviewed together before customers can purchase license rights.

Withdrawal function

Swedish rules effective from 19 June 2026 require a clear withdrawal function in relevant online interfaces and a receipt when it is used. The function needs to connect to actual order handling before sales begin.

Future staffed handling

A real contact route, identification using an order reference, acknowledgement, timeline and refund method must be published. Customers should never need to send a full product key in an ordinary message.

Free downloads

Free utilities without payment have no purchase to refund. Bugs, security issues and support needs should still be reportable through the future contact route.
